How I run eventsExecutive Assistant & Event Co-ordinator · Auckland
Twenty years alongside CEOs, Chairs and General Managers across New Zealand's public and private sectors. Calm under pressure, discreet by habit, and a systems thinker who builds the routines and tools that keep an executive office a step ahead.

About Ferris
For more than twenty years I have supported some of New Zealand's most respected executives across government, defence, global brands and home-grown organisations, including the Financial Markets Authority, Hobsonville Land Company, Auckland Council, Philip Morris International and ATEED.
Since 2023 I have run executive support and office operations at Europa Creative Partners, a fast-paced B2B marketing agency where precision, discretion and initiative are non-negotiable. Before that came a decade in public relations and marketing across New Zealand, Singapore and Indonesia, which is where my instinct for stakeholder communication was formed.
Events have run through all of it. I started in a festival production office in Jakarta and hotel PR, and I have since delivered offsites, client events, launches and the workplace programme for a global brand in Auckland. It is the part of the work I most want to grow: nothing tests planning, calm and hospitality quite like a room full of guests and a running order.
What sets me apart is anticipation: knowing which meeting to move, which email needs a phone call, and what the board pack needs before anyone asks for it. I am fluent in English and Indonesian, and I bring real warmth to the work as well as attention to detail.
I think in systems. Where most people see a pile of tasks, I see a process that can be designed once and run reliably, and I use AI tools such as Claude and Gemini every day to draft, summarise, research and automate the repetitive parts, so the time saved goes back into the judgement calls that need a person.
Outside the office I am studying classical piano through ABRSM London, which is its own daily lesson in patience and practice.
